Nothing like the original victorian proto-cocktail (gin with ice and bitters,) this involves: Gin, ice, halved strawberries, quartered limes, lemonade and cranberry juice. Natty, I had something like that in Brasil once. I called it a “gaypirinha”. That’s pretty damned funny. My bartender friend invented a drink called a Phil Collins. It’s just a Tom Collins but with Peach Schnapps instead of Gin.
